(More customer reviews)After waiting almost 4 weeks for a factory repair, they sent a second radio instead of repairing the first one. After about 2 months, the second radio has the same problem -- the clock display freezes, radio stops functioning as an alarm clock, and the on/off buttons on the radio and the remote control do not work. Tech Support says to unplug, push the on/off button several times during two hours, and then replug to power. Same routine as for first radio; it worked for a while and then same symptom.
They will NOT give a refund after 30-days, even though the problem I called about was originally less than 30 days!
