(More customer reviews)Cards like this for a good price are hard to find. This one is the best I have tried. Even expensive ones have quirks and work with only some chipsets. I've tried all the cheap ones from e bay and never could get them to work correctly.
This card performs as specified and the only issue I've ever had with it is how long the software takes to load. Sometimes it may take a few minutes or I may have to click it several times to get it to load. Still, worth the $$.
I use it on a Opteron x2 939 2.0 GHz server with 2 G of 400MHz ram running Windows Home Server. It runs great even on this old system. I only use 8 cameras and it records to a usb storage drive locked in a safe.
