The product advertised here is not what you'll get, what advertised here is the APS57N with 5 buttons remote, what I actually got is the APS57C with 3 buttons remote.
when emailed the seller, I got a respond saying this is the latest model and the 57N is not available anymore and if I want I can return it. that was really annoying as this product advertised here is not available anymore why would you list it or change it to the correct actual model?! or why wouldn't you let me know that before you ship it and not after I get it.
eventually I have decided to keep it after checking and confirming that the features are the same.
I took it in for a professional installer and he couldn't set up the first crank to be long enough to start the car, it only starts on the 2nd try, I need to now call the manufacturer to see if the first crank length can be extended.
also the system was default to 5 speed gear and not automatic, it took some time for the installer to reprogram it to automatic transmission car.
however the shipment was fast, 2 days.
***After talking with Audiovox support they said it can be fixed but the installer need to call them....so we'll see...
