(More customer reviews)Purchased this directly from Pansonic's website, 4 months later one handset starts shutting off in the middle of a phone call. It will just totally power off, will have to remove batteries to reset phone. Customer service was no help. My only option is to ship(at my expense) my NEW handset back to receive a used 'refurbished' handset.
The other handset works fine, voice quality is good, and overall I'm happy with the working handset. Just hope you don't get a lemon handset like I did.
