(More customer reviews)I have used this device for several months and it does work. My chevy tahoe would consistently get undercharging alarms when the rear A/C unit was turned on. The LCD also displayed very low voltage readings when this occured, often below 12 volts. I initially thought the problem might be a faulty diode in the alternator until I cleaned and tightened the battery cables. My battery is now properly charging, the alarms are gone. The vehicles factory volt gauge is not a precision instrument and never would have alerted me to the undercharging problem.
