I have used this device for several months and it does work. My chevy tahoe would consistently get undercharging alarms when the rear A/C unit was turned on. The LCD also displayed very low voltage readings when this occured, often below 12 volts. I initially thought the problem might be a faulty diode in the alternator until I cleaned and tightened the battery cables. My battery is now properly charging, the alarms are gone. The vehicles factory volt gauge is not a precision instrument and never would have alerted me to the undercharging problem.

Don't get stranded. Your car should be smart enough to tell you when it's time to replace the battery. Last year over 60 million automobile batteries were replaced in North America.Your battery could be among this year's 60 million but your car doesn't know it. The BatteryMole Monitor's patent pending technology analyzes your vehicle's battery and starting system like no other product.Simply plug this unit into your 12V receptacle, ignore any alarm messages for the first day and then drive worry free. When a problem is detected the BatteryMole Monitor will beep and flash a warning message on its LCD display. When that occurs, and it likely will, it is time to bring your vehicle in for service. The User Manual carefully describes those steps that should be taken for each message. And on a positive note, your battery might be just fine but your fuel filter needs to be replaced.Depending upon your vehicle type the BatteryMole Monitor is capable of displaying 1) Charge State of the Battery 2) Engine Start Voltage 3) Engine Start Time 4) Battery Voltage 5) Alternator Voltage. The following alarm conditions are detected 1) Low Battery Charge 2) Weak Engine Start Voltage 3) Slow Engine Start Time 4) Alternator Overcharging 5) Alternator Undercharging 6) Low Battery Voltage. This product was designed and will always be manufactured in the USA.4 Peaks Technology engineers in Tempe, Arizona designed the BatteryMole Monitor.
