You can't tie her down and you can't be on her side 100% of the time even you need to go to the bathroom or take the garbage out, etc. For these brief moments you can still react fast when you get the emergency call on your mobile phone, of course you have to make sure your carrying your phone on you at all time and you have to teach your person for whom you have the responsibility, to always hang the small transmitter around their neck and USE IT.
