(More customer reviews)Bought this system & installed, the DVR only record on 1 channel with motion detected, if you want to record all 4 channels, you have to manually set it, the software came with it was a joke! forget about watching over the internet on IE. Called customer service @ Vonnic 3 times and the machine answered I left 3 messages but I never get get reply and also with an email. Now I have to uninstall everything put it back in the box and return it. don't waste your time.
