(More customer reviews)This product is awesome. You need five SATA ports on your motherboard/PCI card, and three power cables.
It just works. Just be aware that some computer cases have slants on the 5 1/4 bays, so you have to cut/push them so this case fits inside.
Also, the fan is kinda huge, and if the motherboard or any of its components is too close to the drive bays where you'll be installing this unit, it may not fit. In this case, inserting the case upside down is an alternative. In one PC, I had to leave the case like 1" outside as it wouldn't completely fit in.
