(More customer reviews)I purchased two car starters and took them to my local dealer for installation. The installer spent several hours installing the first one and couldn't make it work. After calling the manufacturer PRESTIGE they realized it was defective...he then instaled the other one, it works great and I am happy with the product. The problem now is that the manufacturer PRESTIGE won't stand behind their product, they told me to return it where I purchased it. I tried to return it to AJ WHOLESALES where it was purchased and they reluctantly took it back but are charging me a 20% restocking fee...for a defective product! There must be a lesson here somewhere!
