Wire attachment screws are very tiny, you will need a very small screwdriver, smaller than standard garage-style (eyeglass or sewing machine style)
I use it to power a medical CPAP breathing machine at night in my RV, and the inverter ran completely silently - not even any fan noise.
I am very, very happy with this inverter - it's one of the cheapest pure sine waves that I found, and I'm relieved that it turned out to be such excellent quality.
