(More customer reviews)I've owned this item 10 months and all of a sudden one day it repeatedly, every 15-20 minutes was making an announcement to do a setup on the phone when it still had the right time and message for answering machine...unplugged it and plugged back in - still does it, completed the setup for it again - still does it...this item has buggy electronics; however, for 10 months it worked good.
