(More customer reviews)The first time I tried to use the CD player the volume could not be adjusted. It played at the loudest setting only. This was intolerable in the room where I intended to use the machine. I contacted the shipper, OUTLET, and they were most helpful and pleasnt in arrangeing a replacement. The replacement was no better; it also had a serious volume control problem. I returned the second machine and OUTLET immediatley arranged a refund. It is obvious that NAXA has a serious manufactureing problem. I want to thank OUTLET, the shipper in the very prompt and professional maner in resolveing this situation
