(More customer reviews)Overall -this works fine for what I use it for..but the remote has to be pointed perfectly at the device for it to work...I am not used that with today's technology. For example, I can point my car remote in the opposite direction of my car from 200 feet away and it still works. For this strobe...you have to aim it like a gun and be within 10 feet. Also - I WAS surprised how fast the AA batteries died - only a few months. I'll update this if I can with my second batch of AA's...
