(More customer reviews)It does exactly what it says it will. The only problem is getting the switch on the alarm to stay in the right place. The switch only moves about a half a millimeter and can be tricky to deal with. Also, the door MUST BE on track with the wall that has the magnet sensor on it. I have a very nontraditional home and it gave me some troubles. The alarm is very loud and would definitely be a deterrent for someone that is looking to break in.
