(More customer reviews)This kit is very straight forward and has quite a few options as far as 2nd and 3rd optional ouptuts go. I was able to wire it so that holding the unlock button 3 sceonds pops the trunk on my wifes 01 ford taurus completely elimininating the need for the factory key fob. I could also use an output to engage rear defroster if I wanted to. Fob feels sturdy and like it should last quite some time. Range is excellent also.Seems it is good for about 250 yards (real world), about 80-100 yards if walls/interference are present.
Problem is, Ultrastart does not allow access to wiring resources or much of anything unless you are an authorized reseller with login so you'll need to use something like bulldogsecurity.com for diagrams and colors and adapt them to this kits wiring. "They are close to each other anyways on hookups"
