Protect loved ones with the Wireless Personal Assistance Emergency Voice Dialer from X10. When the alarm is triggered by the included heart pendant the system will do three things. First, a powerful 85dB siren will sound, then lights will flash, and finally the dialer will call up to 4 phone numbers. The numbers can be programmed to call a cell phone, work number, neighbors, or even emergency numbers (approval from local authorities is recommended). When someone answers the phone a message you record will play. For example, the person receiving the call could hear "This is an emergency call for Tom Anderson at (321) 555 - 5427. Please press 0 to acknowledge and listen in." The person who received the call would then be able to listen in through the dialer so they can possibly learn what the emergency is. The Dialer uses a 9V Battery for backup in case of power outtage. If more than one pendant is needed (up to 8 can be registered), additional Heart Pendants are available as well.
