(More customer reviews)This product is junk. I bought 2 of them thinking "What a nice Xmas gift". Instead, I tried to install their software and the device and it doesn't work. I called the manufacturer Royal and they said "It won't work on 64 bit operating system just 32-bit. Probably defective, return it to where you bought it". I told him I was on a 32-bit and asked him, what are the odds that both are defective? Thanks for the no help service."
